Hello, I am looking for a NC flux that has more solids. Anybody using anything that has at least 7-8% solids contents?

The one i've been using on some thermally diverse boards with great success has been henkel loctite mfr 301. It's alcohol based not quite the solids you are looking for but close it's 5.5-6.5 solids and it is no clean.

Both Alcohol and Water based should work. I will try to stay away from Rosin/Resin because of the residue - issues in ICT.

Thank you bruce! I tried similar rosin based 6.5% but it gives me a lot of residue. Anything water based?

Omid, No-clean fluxes need to be used right out of the can without thinning. In the past with RA and RMA fluxes you could adjust or thin them to your desired density because they had plenty of solids up to 30%. No-Clean fluxes have a lot lower solid
