you should go for a dry box it would prevent the sensitive component. Though Moisture sensitive devices are packaged in a moisture barrier antistatic bag with a desiccant and a moisture indicator card which is sealed which could help you.

The new stick magazine he references is the ASM (Agilis Stick Magazine). I have experience running both the vibration mags and the ASM. The ASMs are far better than the old vibe mags. You may have to upgrade your TPSys software to use the ASM but

Check the ampifiers in the back of the machine. They should have a green led lit on them. If the light is out or a red led is lit then the amplifier is bad. good luck

No one has mentioned paste, but I have tested pastes where some do much better than others at not tombstoning parts.

Hi Dustin, By checking your other post I assume that is an Ekra e5, if is that the case..Front computer is working, so I recommend to check the back computer. Good Luck.

Hi Dustin, It happened to us once and it was something very simple. We did maintenance to the Squeegee head and the problem was that the Squeegee head cover was not put back in place correctly, so it was interfering with the Squeegee up/down movement
