Hi Bill, Yes it does have a small circuit right behind the plate. There is a 2amp fuse in there along with some other circuitry. Perhaps your fuse went out

Spoke to the maintenance manager, master password is the current date in reverse. For example : Today is 10/28/2014 so... 41028201 Level 3 should be pass3. Hope this helps.

Good afternoon. Not sure if this is available at an engineer level. Perhaps and SD card with field service access is necessary. We have two lines with NPM-W's and the most we've been able to do is actuate vacuum on the heads during flow checks.
