What is Cu-EFTEC 64T?

I've been trying to find the metal composition of various lead frames. I keep reading about Cu-EFTEC 64T but can't find any info on it. Does anyone know what material this is?

Ah, here it is: EFTEC-64T. A commercial leadframe material with the nominal composition of Cu-0.3Cr-0.25Sn-0.2Zn

Okay... to follow-up on my scenario. Would it be cheaper to get a resealer with dessicants and humidity indicators or a baking oven, or both. Is there a moisture controlled storage cabinet (ideally 3'x6'x1' or in that vicinity)? Would be interested

Have you already any fuji machine?Depend upon your requrement you can go for the machine can you tell the reqiurement i.e. types of components that yu want to handle & no of componets that you want to mount in one month/shift.

I work with Fuji equipment For over 10yrs�. Cp3, cp4.cp6.cp7, ip1, ip2, ip3, qp341, qp242, qp351. Also, work with MYDATA, SAMSUN, and QUAD AMISTAR�. Fuji is the best in my opinion.
