How do you get the boards out of an Omniflow 10 oven in the event of a power outage ? I don't see any place for a hand crank, but I do notice that there seems to be a UPS in a cabinet toward the end of the oven. How do I test it ? Thanks.

The sprayer is supposed to be aimed at the part of the wiper paper that comes in contact with the stencil.(Not @ the stencil) We have 4 SPM's and 2 AP25's and never had a need to use the solvent sprayer. Dry wiping works just fine. Print on !......

As stated above, Hydrogen is EXPLOSIVE, very bad idea. Management might have meant HELIUM, also inert.

Let's not be hasty about the BTU, the Pyramax consums even more N2 than the Paragon that it replaced by something like another 40%! and the Electrovert aint that much better although it's been a while since I looked at them.

Electrovert has hard data on electrical and N2 consumption for the new OmniEXCEL series ovens to compare with preceeding OmniFlo series. Have a look.

Also CP-7's have that feeder carriage quick change option which allows you to pull out the whole feeder carriage via a quick change cart and replace it with another one.

Hi, Thanks for the info, and I had not considered some of these points. Is the CP-842 available? I have not seen any info on it? Regards, Grant

I have been told that if you order a CP7 machine right now, you will get a CP8.
