hello, I would consider essemtec machines visit http://www.essemtec.com, thay are extremly flexible and have lot of tracability features. with cleanroom and smt machines this is very tricky. I would separate smt from cleanroom. mark

If you go the Assembleon Route. Do yourself a favor and compare the Yamaha brand machines Specs and prices to see for yourself what value is being brought to the table.

i wonder anyone here has the experience with the stencilquik,www.solder.net.they had done a few ads in the past few days I have visited their site and my feeling is their stuff is quite easy to use.Any advice for me?

Yes, they are fairly easy to use. Hardest part is alignment. But with a Mantis magnifier, they are not bad. They really do work! We apply the Stenquik and then squeegee paste on. Very simple, wish I invented it.

Syringe is a good plan. You may need to buy some pnuematic guns to push ou the paste thuogh. Instead of melting the paste down, have someone reclaim for you. They pay you for it. Sorry Maint Managers - gave away your secret.

Any one have experience of MyData paste jet printing? I don't ave chance to take a look at Apex but it can reduce the paste, no stencil required and paste volume control by programming.

Yes, looks great - had a play at one of their roadshows. Could turn into an amazing product if they can scale it down enough. However, it's slow and costs more than a large house. More than a screen printer and a huge number of stencils.
