My opinion to hold on to your machines was based on the current market situation. First of all, I dont believe that a customer with ten boards will go to China for prototype production. Truth is, that the remaining market here is the prototyping mar

put the tubed parts on the side of the machine that is desired and then when optomizing in the condition portion set it to "feeders move within table" simply setting it to feeders move will result in the parts moving from front to rear and visa versa

1. Not quite. The width of 16 mm came most likely from the reel width, which can be up to 15 mm wide for the 8 mm tape. The reel for the 12 mm tape is up to 18 mm wide and would occupy already two slots. If you design a machine from scratch, I would

Electronic feeders are faster, more accurate & fully programmable. Potentially (although they don't always make it possible) they mean you don't need dedicated feeders for 2mm pitch or at the other end can do 4,8,12&16mm using the same unit. The feed

| Is there anyone know where to get information on PIck & Place equipment Program optimisation ( to improve the speed of component placement for boards). Thank you | Program optimization usually includes set up optimization for the feeder table(s) a

| You can prepare your setup off line, using additional tables, and exchange very fast just sending the new program and checking using a barcode reader. Also you can edit a setup program with mixed feeders between PCB families. You can decrease your

I run about forty different boards ranging from single to double sided & from 0603 to 324 PBGA. 2> The placement rate is around your spec. 3> And depending on the table arrangement you can get up to & above your feeder needs including several soic vi

We can't affort the new QP132. It costs more than a million bucks each plus power feeders. We can only buy from the used markets. CP7's X-Y Table is moving too fast. They need special solder paste. Very expensive solder paste to hold the components.

Hi, I guess you a looking for a manual x-y table with a vacuum pick up such as SMT6000 from OK industries. I presume these are still being made-- We use one successfully at the end of a Mydata machine to place low volume components which we cannot j

Thank you very much for the input. I figured out my problem to be that once I defined the tray, I did not changeover the table top just as Bob said. I'm good to go now, I think anyways. I was so used to the IQ feeders, changing over the matrix tray
