Oh yeah, You can flip to switch on the camera card, VM1710 and jog the PCB under the fiducial camera to visually inspect to placements. switch it back when you are done.

If I am reading the spec right it puts down 32,000 parts per hour. Looks pretty slick, not much info on the website though and could only get a 1 page spec sheet from Fuji.

The problem is still intermittent. It has a new MIDAS head, installed and calibrated by Mydata, FWIW. Usually we work around it by moving parts upstream (Fuji AIM). I'll post an update when I finally chase the issue down.

The CP-642 simply requires a camera upgrade for 0201 parts. This is the same camera as is used on the CP-643. You should then get identical results

Sounds like your problem is your camera setting for Head 1 (Gain & Offset), are you rejecting any other parts on that head? Go to (Set) (Propers) (Cameras) (Gain & Offset) you can then zoom in and out to check light contrast. Check the numeric col

IP3 camera calibration requires someone that knows what's going on to do it. Unless you have been trained on this specifically I would recommend that you don't attempt it by yourself. I believe the button jig is used for squaring the camera up. You
