You use MCS computers to transmit programs/data to machines --> MCSs are getting old, so you would like to use F4G or FujiCam just because you could use a standard 486/Pentium --> But you still like your current programming SW (obviously not MCS/F4G/

Hi Sue! I've worked with Fuji, Assembleon, Amistar, Mydata, and Juki over my 20-years in the industry...working with Fuji now, and I will agree that Juki machines are simplest to program, operate, and maintain. Support has always been good...I wish

I wouldn't go with the AX-5 - it's overkill. To make a board in high volume that sounds that simple is a job for a second user chipshooter (Fuji or Pana)as the first reply mentioned. Stay away from FCM1's. I'm sure the AX-5 is a great machine, but

If we're comparing a TP9 or a MY9 to anything FUJI, I think the IP3 has it beat by a long shot. You can get a used IP3 with an MTU for under 35k. The only downside is that you require a programming interface with Fuji and it's built into the MyData.

If you're having trouble with a specific board, double check your Pattern, Diameter, Color and Scan Area under the 'Mark Data' tab. You can also try setting the Pitch Tolerance to '0' in the machine configuration. Good Luck, Bill

Ralph, Is this problem related to all product or is it product specific? You may need to change the fiducial data in the program. I am not familiar with flexa but have some knowledge with MCS30.

Hi, if it is for all your products, for me it looks like a camera cable or camera problem. You are loosing connection and get the message. FFFC looks like a fatal error. If it is only one product, play with the lighting and treshold. Regards, Emi

When our IP-II did strange things we would do a reset start. This fixed a lot of odd behavior. Jerry
