I am currently having trouble writting a PD for the part that is layed out in the link below. I am placing this part with a CP4-2 with SMD3 vision. I think my main problem is with the Vision #, but if you would please take a look at the link below,

Okay, I believe that the XY table on our CP4-2 is not working correctly. When we place smaller parts (603,805,RNETS, etc...) they aren't seated in the paste all the way. Larger parts aren't a problem. They are kind of "floating" on top of the paste.

I have two of the servo boards of the Fuji CP4-2 SMD3 version are mulfunctionaled. I don't know if it can be fixed or not. May be the moisture killed the board. A new one costs about USD 5,000 each. I wonder if anyone knows who or which company can
