First, check the sensors for 17th and 19th station....tune the sensor amplifier if necessary. Then, check the dogs on the nozzle holders... If the above, items are ok... check the 13th station clutch engagement. Calibrate if necessary... fujiphil

In order to clean the clutches properly, you must disassemble them. Did you do that ? The nozzle holder sensor dogs must be clean and scratch free.

We currently have a CP4-3 that is having the nozzle change alarm on different holders. there was a part found in the machine and I do not know if it is part of the machine or not, see picture. Any advice on what this part is or how to resolve this is
