Fuji does not sell individual lanes....you have to buy the $900 kit. Have your local machine shop build them for you. If you dont have a local machine shop, post here again and I may be able to help you.

Hello! Check your stopper up/down sensor position. This problem has nothing to do with the proper data. Sometimes the sensor position is not correct or sensor contact could cause this problem even I/O mode was OK. Regards! LMQ

If you do not want to buy a new feeder there should only be 2-3 parts you need to change on your CP-4 feeder to make it an 0802. the only difference between the 0804 and the 0802 are the Link, the sprocket, and the stopper. Everything else is exact
