When these old Fuji's do weird things I usually try a reset start. Many times that fixes the issue. Make sure you have a valid proper file before you try it. Jerry

I have MCS-30 and IP3. The IP3 lost its memory and it need the proper file. I have the hard printed copy. How can I create the proper file so I can download it to the IP3. MCS-30 does not have option to create a new proper file. Thanks, -Michael

I think the reason of the problem is the sensitivity of some sensor.maybe it's the main conveyor arrival sensor .I think you can do a test , make the sensor always on, and tese.

Temporary you can solve by change in NC cordinate & diffenece in corrdinate should be equal to compoonent shift happening. ( Pl. make no change in fuducialc lines )

Do you have another copy of firmware? This is a long shot but you seem to be running out of options. If you can try a different firmware for the machine and for the vision. Jerry

I had this happening before. It is a simple adjustment on the Z-axis belt. Basically the dog is not making the sensor correctly and driving on further. I think you have a lot more issues if the shaft was damaged. aj...

By the way , changing the ball screw will also sort your problem out because you will have to carry out the Z-axis setup ( belt tension etc ) as part of the change. so it is worth a shot to carry out the setup and see how it goes! you will have nothi
