That is a Hover Davis feeder. We use them on our Fuji IP3s and a Universal GSM, they work great. Check them out at http://www.hoverdavis.com/

You may be able to get the specs from one of the used equipment companies that advertise here. Jerry

is it a specific part you're having the problem with, or does the fault manifest on a number of different ones ?

Actually its one part. I had an idea to test some completely different, pre-defined component which has been placed on that machine before. Do You suspect there is a diabolical shape parameter somewhere ? :)

The MTU has it's own proper data file. You need to send that to the MTU.

Thanks ! I totally forgot that MTU had its own prop file, uploaded it from Flexa and now works fine.

All is OK now. The machine was offline couple months and probably some memory battery is dead. All problems were solved after uploading prop data to IP and MTU.

Also, sometimes placing heads "skip" some rotation - component is little skewed on board but vision shows "correct" numbers. Probably some mechanical error ?

Vision error found: YOU MUST CHANGE LAMPS SOMETIMES ! Also, the camera front-glass (with the cutout) must be correctly positioned :) Still looking the Q error on left head. Probably mechanical problem...

Indeed I found some vacuum problems, one replaced small hose was not fitted correctly. Lets see if that helps :) Great thanks ! Also, Travis, do you have any information how to adjust the milk-plexiglass slitted covers on line scan cameras ?
