The method that you are using is the same method usually used by other fuji user. Their is no other way of doing this. Mastering this, make this job so easy in the long run.

Ya probably most used equipment guys do skip that step on the machines they sell as "production ready" As for us, our machines need to actually build boards without going down on the errors that dirty clutches create....you silly man.

Does anyone out there have a method of cleaning CP6 shaft clutches that is "easier" ? I am not a fan of just pulling the shaft down and wiping it out. I like to take them apart and clean/lube them. It is a pain to get the crowns back on without rip
