Hi, I just saw the new NXT machines at globaltronics in Singapore, and mostly they are faster. However what was interesting is Fuji shows a prototype of the new XPF machine, but it was called XPF-W which handles really large PCB's and uses the sam

Hi, I think you can run the wide modules if you need to run large boards. However we went for a bunch of XP machines instead of NXT, because we can use IP and CP feeders, plus we get 100 feeder slots per XP-143, where each module of NXT has less. Bu

Watch out for the large board trick. You have to turn the board 90 degrees to run it.

We have both NXT and AIM. Be aware of the width limitation (250mm?)on the M3 module, if you go over it then you have to pair with an adjacent module to build the board.

FUJI NXT single lane can run up to 23"x21". SIEMENS HF can run up to 23"x21" as well. Now, what kind of production are you doing? I think that 20" boards are for mid to low volume, my thinking is that SIEMENS can do that if you can afford the cost, o

We have had some trouble with our Jot conveyors and the FUJI NXT. We had to modify the JOT control circuit in order for the SMEMA protocol to work prpoerly. I am not saying that this is JOTs fault. There seemed to be an incompatibility and modifying

I would only suggest this machine IF I were a Fuji salesman. The NXT will ALWAYS derate by over 40% for boards longer than 10"

On our Fuji NXT and AIM machines I never program local fids...we place down to 16 mil fine pitch and BGA, uBGA, multirow QFNs with no placement issues. Most boards are panelized in an array and we have corner fids added to the rails. Regards, Mi

I am looking at putting in a 100,000+ cph assembly line capable of processing 8" X 8" boards. Mix is passsives down to 0402, 15 mil pitch flip chips. I would like to hear what comments you have on the new Assebleon AX, Fuji NXT, Siemens HS-60, Univ
