Indeed, back in 2010 or so I had quotes for a MY100 with a Hydra head,as part of that I did get them to run a theoretical build time for one of our own boards. That came back @ just under 7k cph, it was a pretty sensible board with a nice range of th

Given your low component count, why are you considering the Fuji AIMEX over a Fuji NXT? I don't know the specifics of your product, but in general, the AIMEX is geared more for high mix/high complexity jobs and the NXT is more for low complexity, hig

What was the outcome OrHorti after baking some? In the end we went with a different machine (Fuji NXT) which was able to get the leds out of the reel. After switching we still face a loss of about 0.5% but it is acceptable for now.

0402 on CP643 is not that good.... We use the Fuji NXT for this part. However, nozzle configuration can be edited thru machine configuration, nozzle set- up.

We did this test, we opened the tape and turned it upside down, indeed some leds were staying inside the tape. We will try placing them next week with a fuji NXT line. We also contacted the manufacturer, apparently heat perhaps during transport coul

I am looking at putting in a 100,000+ cph assembly line capable of processing 8" X 8" boards. Mix is passsives down to 0402, 15 mil pitch flip chips. I would like to hear what comments you have on the new Assebleon AX, Fuji NXT, Siemens HS-60, Univ

Looking at Fuji XP143e rated at 20k cph but what is its real world speed for 0402 chip shooting? Does anyone have experience with this machine? How reliable is it? Any major problems/drawbacks? There isn't much written in past forum posts about i

Hi, We are considering adding on to our SMT line. Our current line is CP65, IP3 and we would like better placement on our 0402's and 0201's. We were looking at the NXT, we would need larger pcb table to match our other machines. We probably only nee

Great explanation! In my operation I have all tiny chips, 1 SOT223 being largest part but I do have 1 3mm tall inductor which won't work with this machine. Other than 1 part I could run my entire production on it. Also looks perfect for LED produc

Does Serge need bacons or turkeys?? None of them?? Then let him think about which machine suits his requirements! Throughput, flexibility, large board handling, output derating across board size variation and component size variation! Future proof -
