If you're in the US you can get the Fuji stuff from FAC at (847)913-0162 ask for Patti in training, I believe she still does the manuals.

Thank you Dana and Stephen, I will give it a shot now. I'm not surprised it's not in the manual... apparently there is tons of stuff not in the manual and Fuji tells me they have no idea what half of the unwritten stuff means :)

Hi Steve. My Fuji CP6 is model 643 and are 3 years old, maintained and upgraded with the newest software along the way. And, actually it was Fuji Japan that gave in, not Fuji America. Fuji Japan tested our components and found the same problem and

Dave Try fuji's web site they have the ops and maintenance manuals in the support area. While you are there they have a bunch of useful stuff for software and machine manuals

Thanks "j". There is absolutely no support for Fuji in New Zealand or for the older IP-1 and MCS/2 programming computer. We got the machine working by studying the FIP-1 Operation Manual and the MCS/2 Programming manual and a lot of trial and error
