Has anyone ever seen a designator "TH1"?? I am replaceing a component on a Fuji CP-6 MX100 PLC. It looks like a gray cap, but the designator is TH and it has a resistor symbol under the part. Markings on the part are: S 22007 A J

We occasionally have this problem where the nozzles peck little holes in the component overlay tape causing it to break. It only happens on universal tape covers. We see it on our CP4 and CP6 machines. Has anyone else experienced this ?

I concur Chunks ! A simple test to carry out is the Z0 height check across the board, with particular attention to the area of the board you are having problems. You should at least see the nozzle touch the board , ideally press the board slightly.
