Have you ever try to replace the CP4 CPU card? Please try replacing CPU. Some cases, machine will boot normal. But no communication to the other machine.

Its looking like this was a CPU speed issue. The BIOS defaults to X3, and it needs X7.5 for the PCA-6180E CPU card.

00c is a hardware interuption Addr F92228A0 is out of the card rack, meaning probably the CPU or memory PCB is out of control. Swap the 1st and or last card in the card rack with another machine or from spares.
