Hi all, It is a big trouble for me does anyone know if there are any fast way to convert Eagle Cad .brd pcb files to Gerber pcb files?

Inside Eagle, File... Cam Processor...File... Open... Job... Gerb274x.cam then click Process Job. You can do it with the free version.

What do you want to do with the gerber file? Most gerber outputted data is in ascii and can be read with notepad or any text editor. If you want to view the gerber data there are free viewers on the web ie: gerbv.sourceforge.net Hope this helps.

Are you seeing the stencil operational (changing state) in diagnostics? If sensor works then, look at image justification in product file...
