Absolutely! The Solder paste needs to be brought to room temperature or close before opening. It like bringing a cold glass from the refrigerator when the humidity is high, water will condensate on the glass. It also will condensate on the solder and

Hello Alvaro If I understand you what you want is a refigerator with multiple glass doors, thermostatic control and a readout of the actual temperature inside. I'd suggest a restaurant equipment supplier. I've seen many of these with pies, cakes an

We use the dosimeter badges and also check every morning with the machine at full power using a handheld meter around the door openings and glass just to be safe. JD

First, your idea of having a safety glass policy is good. The glasses should meet ANSI Z87.1-2003. [Although, ANSI Z87.1-1989 and ANSI Z87.1 are fine for electronic assembly.] Here's a comparison of the 1989 and 2003 standards: http://www.tasco-safet

Are you still facing this issue? Well, I am so late to get to know this. I think you first check your evaporator coil if your air conditioner is still freezing up. It has been seen that a dirty airflow coil stops the proper flow of air through it. It

Homemade cabinet may sound like a simple solution but you need to think about making sure the RH is always less then 5% and everything must be ESD safe....ESD is more of an issue at LOW RH levels...so the glass / plastic in any door needs ESD coating

Hi Grant, The purpose for allowing the solder paste to reach room temp before production is to reduce the amount of water absobtion from the air. (e.g. a cold glass of water "sweats" on a humid day)The purpose for mixing is to make the viscosity more

Well, I don't know if you want to muck around this much, but I bought a GE (Chinese made, of course) toaster oven with convection fan. Nice big glass door in front, you can use it in bake, broil, toast or convection oven mode. The only thing missin
