Take your choice: * Can't image this is a good thing. The board under the die will 'dry-out' and turn brittle over-time. It's possible the way attachment glue bonds to the board will change as the board dries-out. * Epoxy suppliers pad their number

We agree with Chunks. You need to fix your machine. Tell us about: * Temperature inside machine when glue pipes well and went glue pipes poorly * Pressure on cylinder when glue pipes well and went glue pipes poorly

Hi, I use convection reflow and both top & bottom settings are the same. Is the part too heavy to rely on surface tension? there is an equation that can determine this (aswell as real test i.e. part falling off) We have some SIM Card holders on bot

I go with DaveF's advice. You are probably curing the glue too fast. Another phenomenon that I have experienced was during glue cure and solder paste reflow simultaeously. A good reason to run a glue cure profile seperately from solder paste reflow

Youre correct. Probably every suppliers product has slightly different cure characteristics. Let me spin this up a little differently There was a slight imbroglio in my office this morning involving a couple of stalwarts and the last Krispy Kr

Hi, good friends I found this site is so wonderful to learn SMT techniques meaningfully. We now employ 3 Fuji GL-541 dispensors and raw material with Soma IR-120. but we found glue string casually. From my experience from trouble-shooting the cabinet
