I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A RF-12 GOLD FLOW OVEN. WHEN IT IS RUNNING FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR, SOMETIMES IT RESTORES AS IF IT STARTED TO TURN ON AND OTHER TIMES THE INDICATIONS ARE NOT SEEN ON THE MONITOR. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

Really though it's probably the control board. They aren't known to be the most reliable equipment. We had a gold flow oven for a few months and it was terrible; couldn't hold temp for it's life. Boards came out cold or totally burnt it was terrible.
