IPC has some good publications that would also help, such as IPC-S-816. (ipc.org) Subscribe to SMT magazine. I have gained a ton of knowledge from their articles. (smtmag.com) Good luck.

Charlie: There's a lot of background setting-up fluxers (including sprayers) in the archives. Chris Shea wrote a paper that's in the library (or where ever SMTnet stores stuff like that) that is pretty good. Good luck. Dave F
