Steve, We use Heraeus PD 945 and clean with Electrolube SSS. It gives us a good result with both hand and ultrasonic cleaning. Also does a good job on solder paste.

Good afternoon, 22C +/-2C, 40%RH +/- 5% is a good starting point. I wonder if any standard requires floor temperature and humidity control. Most of requiremens come from solder paste manufacturers. BR, Pavel.

A switching regulator should give you upwards of 85% efficiency. National Semiconductors 'Simple Switchers' are pretty good, and they have some good design tools on their site.

Does anyone have a good chemical for disolving flux (both Water Soluable and RMA (mixed)). Our spray fluxer is constantly building up a thick goo. Having a good cleaner would help in keeping this knocked down.

Hi John, Depending on what cameras it has it will do most of what you want, however it won't do it very fast. Also the operating system may make you cry. Regarding accuracy, repeatability, oddform etc it is very good. Good luck, Rob.
