Hi, I wish that anyone who developed software for SMT would hire a graphic designer to help make the user interface look good and clean looking. Good design sets us apart from the animals, and is important! Regards, Grant

We ve got storage next to factory. We use trolleys to transport material to SMT machine so hard to suspect bend leads during tansport. Anyway any good documents saying about this will be good to have.

Hi, Thanks for the info, and would you opinion be that the Soltec selective is a good machine, and is the software good? We have a Delta Wave, and while we like it, it's got some horrible software. That's the only thing worrying us. Regards, Gran

I don't recall seeing a battery anywhere on the boards on the magazines. I'd give MyData a call, and ask them about it. They're pretty good on the phone. Might be the battery used for electrical verification . Good luck!

I agree with Steve Thomas, The Quad IVC is a good machine for what you have described, it is small, chugs right along and is dependable. 1 head makes for some boredome watching it but is well over the 500 component mark. Good Luck with your purchase.

Thanks Bruce. This method is working good for me, for now anyway. I'll have to see how good my splices hold up over time.

I purchased 50 of these and they are very good scopes for the price. The guy that runs Precision World is also a good guy to work with.
