In electronic manufacture, it's never good when "oozing" is part of the conversation. "Bridging" that's bad too. "Melting" sometimes good, sometimes bad. Got pix? How about some nice color pictures?

I have been asked a very good question but have not been able to find a good answer. IPC for both PCB and PCBA refer to the X & Y dimensions to measure warp and twist but how would you determine the warp and twist for a round PCB or PCBA?

Further divide the ground block into more than 4 panes. Also think about using, assuming you have good placement of using Loctite chip bonder on two opposing corners. Lots of ways to get good results
