The normal price for new printer like DEK ELA is about US$ 45K TO 55K Depending on the dealer. MPM would be higher. China made printer is much cheaper and quality is almost the same as well known maker. If you want second hand I would suggest MPM

With a properly designed and maintaned stencil, good solderpaste and board supports on the printer you can even go down to 0.4mm (16mil) with good results.

I would go with a 5 mil stencil as well, we experienced some similar issues with micro BGA's and the area ratio was suspect as well as the MESH size of the paste. We went to Type IV paste and verified our area ratio and everything ran beautifully. Pa
