Hi Spoiltforchoice, it depends on what you pay for the printers new, but last time I looked there wasn't much difference in price between the DEKs and the Speedprint if you were buying multiple units. Remember there is huge markups on SMT kit. From

You are correct in understanding that the vision system comes into play for subsequent boards- to align them. Yes- if you missalign the first board and set the cameras to that board, all subsequet boards will not be aligned. Mylar is a thin polyester

My switch is good, I can check the switch and the two photo sensors on the input test screen. They are turning on and off.I can see it no the board too. When I start up I can see Tactile unit come down so I know pneumatics portion is good. I am still
