Performance grade for components?

A client document mentions the following: "PCBA to comply with IPC class-2 guidelines, and performance grade 2 for components." What does "performance grade 2 for components" mean? Would appreciate your help.

Well both materials are thermo plastics and recyclable. But it is diffficult to separe into streams. Do you have any process to do this?

But do you separate this waste from others. Or do you separate by plastic? Because if you do the second it would be easier to find a way to recycle. Do you use an optic sorter ?

Dear Dave Thanks for your advice.I dun know why flux can't use alone w/o adding other solvents. is it neccessary? Now, our flux density is 0.88. By the way, we use Hi Grade Flux 1080.
