I was correct...the cable that operates the stencil clamps on the right bank is severed...do you know where I can get a replacement cable part number 163368? Thanks.

Thanks, will do. The point that's odd is one side functions. I think there may be a cable that causes each bank to clamp that may be broken. Time to get my hands dirty...

Dude, Scope the big ribbon cables on either side of the X-axis for cracks. They usually break where the clamp holds them on the X wagon. Also, all of your X camera stuff goes through the XWB board.Try swapping it if you have another. I am not sure
