Deni, it is a 630 and there is text in the window, just no image of the component or anything else that is brought to the camera. It doesn't time out at all, it just moves the way it would when inspecting a component on test mode.

You can see the nozzle is much wider than the part. It's possible that the camera is picking up the nozzle as part of the outline. Do you have the option to see the BINARY image?
