Does any one know of handheld devices which we could use to inspect instead of looking through the microscope. We tried the ProScope and it didnt worked for us. Thanks, Sundaram

You might want to look at a hand held ultrasonic stencil cleaner such as this one from Gen3 http://www.gen3systems.com/viewprod-GENSONIC.php *note i do not work for gen3 but they are a rep for other products my company produces

Depending on your requirements, you could range from a hair dryer, heat gun, toaster oven, hot plate, on up to digitally controlled surfaces and convective systems. You'll have to gauge for yourself whether you are just trying to add some heat energy

We currently do have part system in place. The problem that we are having is finding the same part used on multiple jobs. We it be sufficient to keep most used and common parts on hand. Then turn kitting into fifo.
