Hi, I am looking for a hand print squeegee blade for proto boards and solder samples. I would like one with a handle that is fun and easy to use.

Hi. there's no other way to do except hand solder the top side cap or using hand print hand place method during SMT process. otherwise you will have to spend more time just to set up this process. bottom line is you have to install this one cap first

We always print adhesives.. And don't really have problems.. as long as your stencil is right and glue doesn't stay in appetures after first print. The parametrs same as for paste.. You can run it faster, but we don't have big enough runs to bother

I have 2 from JNJ and I like them. As another option you can look at PCB Unlimited for other options. http://www.pcbunlimited.com/squeegee-blades.php

It's a consignment kit and we already have the parts. Otherwise I'd tell them to panelize the thing and we could build all 30 in one pass. I may be able find a 25 mil QFP on a stencil and hand print that one part if the apertures are long enough. D
