Hey Matt why don't you just do the network version and would probably be good for you. I think you have to own at least two dongles than you can upgrade to network license for Circuitcam.

dynamic/static contamination test

Try Koki S03X7C-56M*** it has colbalt in which prolongs the tip life. I have also heard that the Nihon Superior SN100C does this too, however in our trials the Koki Soldered better.

Will they give you the opportunity to develop a DOE to look at quality vs. print life? It probably depends on the kind of placement equipment you have, but with our chipshooters we always had missing/misplaced parts if we populated dried out boards.

Look on the bright side you will only have to store pasted boards overnight in the fridge, one time. Just make sure you reflow one such board before you waste time populating any others.

I would still verify what you are receiving and your current bath setup. This only because you are experiencing problems. Simple check, takes 2 minutes. I have seen this before, but it took 8 hours to delam at with pre-mix. This was 5 or 6 years
