sometimes SSR can stay in ON state. load cooldown and check if SSRs ever go OFF.

I agree with jdengler .. Check the zone fans if their working good ! It may be the root cause of this problem .

During production the temperatures on the last 3 zones are approx. 20F higher than the setpoint. The other zones are operating within spec. We checked power, I/O, SSR's, thermocouples, and exhaust, but the issue remains. We did not check resista
