We are using a Heller 1707EXL for both lead and lead-free assemblies with no problems. The zones can reach the temperatures needed for lead free. The belt speed can be adjusted so I'm not sure about your "run slow" comment. Maybe the 1707 is diffe

I am wondering if anyone has had issues with their Heller oven rails warping. It appears that our 1800EXL and 1900W oven rails sag after time. They eventually contact the safety mesh and then create hestitation of the chain, thus creating defects.

I used to have the same issue with reed switches on one product we ran. Same oven too. We ended up rigging up an "umbrella" with two titanium stiffeners and bare PCB as the roof. It was hokey but it worked.

We have been running a Heller 1707EXL for 8 years and added a Heller 1707MKIII about 1 years ago. We have not had any problems with either one of them. We do both lead and lead-free assemblies along with BGA/LGA components. If speed/volume is not

We have the same issue. It was present with our old 1500 and is even more present with our newer 1800EXL. For us, it seems to be related to the blowers, not the heaters. If we are in cooldown or wakeup the issue is still there with the heaters off.

The primary driver to the set points for your oven is not the board or the number of zones in your oven. It's your paste. If you need a "ball park" guesstimate as a starting point, your equipment supplier is probably the best place to start. So fo

Typical problems with our heller 1707 EXL would be blower issues. We have almost replaced every blower on the top sense purchase. Fortunately Heller is very good about honoring there warranty on the blowers which is quite long, Might be lifetime not
