Not knowing your brand of Heller, I might suggest disconnecting the first cooling section to verify it's your heater fans. I just had a retro kit done to my Electrovert for a similar thing.

Hello, I have an oven with a big fail. The Control Unit. It is a 5 zones oven (BTU VIP70)and has more than 10 years, and I think that now is not interesting to repair. I think to buy an offer, an oven Heller of 7 zones + cool,(better for lead free).

I do have access to a DOS HELLER 1500. And we can just change RECIPEs without cooling down first. What is the message on the screen when you just try to change it from one RECIPE to another?

We have just acquired a Heller 1800 with the Gen 9 Flux unit on, a couple of questions, is the Gen 9 a good unit? Does it have a standalone cooler? Is it easily retro-fitted out if we decide we would rather have normal extraction?

I have a Heller 1800S reflow oven the thing runs fine but when I have to change profiles the oven will have to be cooled down to room temp before it will change. Has anyone seen this or know how to fix it? Thanks, David
