We still have an old Heller 1500W kicking around and I can't locate a parts list or manual. I know some "spring cleaning" went on and I'm wondering if someone tossed them. The main issue is the edge rail chains seem to suddenly have a lot of slack.

Make sure that your mesh conveyor drive chain is not jumping a sprocket tooth. This will cause the conveyor to "pop" and you will have skewed parts. I seriously doubt that it is your profile causing skew. It is more than likely something mechanical.

| Hi Ya'll... | it's a Soltec Prisma and the conveyer keeps jamming. What it's doing is up at the exit end where the drive motor is, the chain keeps wrapping itself around the drive sprocket and jamming...this is on the backside rail, the frontside

We use the following stuff from "Biral USA": BIO30 Synthetic High Temp Oil � Chain Oilers NMG-400G � No melt grease - miter gears/lead screws AS500ML � Anti-size spray - lead screws, drive sprockets, rail support L-brackets It seems to work good

We have A heller 1809 2005 model have replaced the chain drive motor twice have replaced 2 top blowers and one bottom blower as far as reflowing the solder performance has been great. the tech support has been great as well. we run 3 shifts 5 days
