Hi all, Is there a generic heating element I can buy for this oven? The Heller part number is 682991. They want about $300 for the pair which doesn't sound too bad for me but .... I'm not the one writting the check :-). Thanks

I have replaced few of those, on 1500, 1700, and 1809EXL. It should not take you more than couple of hours. Only problem I do see you running into is maybe rusted/welded screws for the elements from heat.

I'm guessing you don't have the oven's manual, there's a great section in the Heller manuals about trouble-shooting the zones, that gives that resistance measurement. I no longer have a Heller, and can't remember what that measurement is, however.
