Hello everyone, I'm looking for help with placement issue on our cp6 Fuji. On occasion we have to adjust co ordinates on the x and y axis usually about 0.12mm. Ball screw was replaced did not fix issue. Anything else we could try. Thanks everyone

That is a small part. What nozzle is normally used a 1.0 or 1.3mm.

I'm not familiar with a puff off setting. I have tried some different things including release delay to shut the vacuum off before the nozzle lifts in the upward direction. I tried to minimally overstroke the part hoping the paste tension would over

We had a similar problem and needed to slow the cam speed. The surface of our component was rough so I suspect we did not get a good seal for the vacuum and the component was drifting on the nozzle after the camera. Jerry

hi we had also the same problem a time ago on the said package. we have taught his legs as 1, 3 and 5 instead of 1, 3 and 4 or 6. after doing this 98% problem solved. try this method...
