Just wondering if anyone has a Heller reflow oven and is currently or in the past use Tribol 1421 high temp chain oil. Thanks.

I worked for Electrovert for 20 years and up till today the 1421 is still the oil of choice. The chain doesn't care who's oven it's running in but it does require regular lubrication.

We have Heller oven for over 8 years now and we use Heller industries Inc. Edge holder chain lube Part number: 680784 Overon F232-iso vg 220

We use it and have had no issues on either oven. 1 Conceptronics, 1 Heller.

I agree with Pete, I prefer to use High Temp Lubricant. Because it more clean compare to High Temp Grease. Usually i only do a few drip for 3-5 days, because purpose of lubricant is to make chain & shaft smooth.Since Biral is expensive lubricant i us

Most ovens I know use oil to lubricate conveyor chain, not grease. Anyway, is this what you're using: NMG No Melt Grease NLGI 2 (operates from -20�C to +270�C) NMG is a long-fibred highly adhesive grease which does not melt or drip at high temperat
