Hello, We currently use HLC for our JUKI machines and we wish to load and read the HLC file (".h6h")or a machine program in an other application. Do you know a mean or a tool for reading this kind of file? Thanks.

OK , the H6H file is a binary structured file and can be read if you write a program in VB etc to extract the info you need, would take some time to sort out where to get what in the file, juki would no help you here.... Assuming you need placement

If you have the HLC software you can recombine programs and output the pick and place file as a text file

Thanks Gary, I have found that you could fix them in program editor and then use the manual assign option, the only problem then is that you cannot output a text file for the common program, the option is greyed out.

Another method would be to do a screen dump on a Juki 2070,2080 machine, but that gets you back to the chicken and egg scenario. My program PCBSynergy doesn't reverse out the board file from a machine file while Ealead does . Also the programs EPU, F
