With a melting point of roughly 300°C, you would need to have the product see temperatures peaking around 325°C at a minimum. (I would make sure the components and PCB materials can withstand these temperatures) Most convection ovens do not go over 3

We got a similar alloy Sn05Pb93.5Ag1.5, of Alpha Vaculoy bars. It is not the eutectic alloy you were looking for but it is close. This alloy and similar high temperature alloys are used in downhole electronics and so a supplier in the Houston area

assuming Sn05Pb93.5Ag1.5 Without knowing what you are trying to solder, PTH or SMT, the time might not be that far off. Does that time include stripping, cleaning, plating the leads prior to soldering onto the board?... pre-tinning the board as well

Multicore make a HMP alloy liquidus at 298 degrees, Pb93Sn5Ag2.Ive used it to attatch thermocouples but they're difficult to solder as they dont wet.
