I need a clean and simple-to-remove part that will temporarily connect one portion of a board to another portion .25" away. The ideal jumper wouldn't require desoldering or leaving parts behind, like a fuse holder. Is there such a thing?

In order to clean the clutches properly, you must disassemble them. Did you do that ? The nozzle holder sensor dogs must be clean and scratch free.

Exactly, until now the machine can follow 30.000cph. We have it and we would never sell it. Just to open the hood , implement the holder and press "start" on the screen to let him run is very impressive. No cleaning, nothing.

kumar, can you explain why in zones 5, 6 and 7 you use different temperature on upper and lower heaters? Do you use a Nitrogen in your reflow oven?
