Many beginners do not know how to start learning hardware circuits. In fact, the "hardware circuit" is composed of a part of the "unit module circuit". The so-called "unit module circuit" includes: various regulated power supply circuits (like the LM

Did the tray changer use to work on this machine? was it ever disabled and uncoupled from the machine? If you have an old data disk or backup disk of the machine try restoring to that. There is also a jumper inside the wiring harness to include the

I worked with a customer about 2 years ago on a process similar using ProFlow head to put paste in holes for through hole... Similar to Pin in Paste. Somewhat successful; but ran into heat related damage issue from TH components through reflow.

The method you suggest is about the only way to clean-up this terrible situation. Realistically, this is a "memory" type condition induced by design, build symmetry, "cross ply construction", excessive cool down rates during lamination or reflow a

I too would go with something like the Grid-lock. We use Red-E-sets from production solutions. They are similar to the grid-locks but don't use air.

I would agree with Sr Tech..Grid lock and systems like this can be used on the Ekra, MPM and DEK printers also can be used in Pick and place depending on the density of pin. If you choose the method of printing out a 1:1 photoplot. Glue it to a piece

We are using Ekra Stencil printers and they are great except for 1 problem... We run several different boards a day and we need a way for the operators to place the pin supports in the same postions on the second side of the board everytime a board i
