Hi, Make sure to check any cracked, pinched, kinked hoses. Also when taking the whole gantry off there are clear hoses that can get pinched. Also, may want to changed the vaccum measuring board. Is this a S20 or F4,f5 or hs50 Thanks,

As we recall, they attached something like a placement vib head to the rails. The problem, as you stated, was isolating the board from the vibrating rails during cooling of the solder connection.

If you can use the standalone mode then choose the program on "option" and somewhere you can load program - "aktuell". The "aktuell" program is the last program what was downloaded on this machine. In SiTest you can test and calibrate the machine. Y
