In calibration menu - I see coarse measurement of z unit offset, z-unit offset, measure hydra camera z level, coarse adjust hydra tool offsets, and measure hydra tool lengths 1 - 8 - would it be any of these that I should run?

Hello all - so I got in the calibrate plate for hydra tool offsets - it completed the calibration - I then installed the first row of white tips with the menu - and the machine still does same thing it puts the tips away but makes a hitting type nois

Check the reference plate on the hydra to make sure it is not cracked or delaminated. I have had problems with the glue coming loose and the plate flapping causing this same problem. check hydra camera calibrations, this to may help.

You'll need the specific Mydata part. It has some specific dots and square printed on it. It should be in a box with other calibration parts, stuff which we do at least every 6 months. I attached an internet picture of the box that contains the diff

Hi all - my problem is a bit worse now - I can get all hydra tests to pass in extended service, except indicator levels at current 7 a bit high past 190 limit at ~210-220 - other than that hydra bank re-installs OK - but still it makes a bad hitting

This should help out. You should have a fairly large calibration plate to use during this process as well.

Have you tried running a glass plate? If you still need to adjust placement it is a machine issue.( calibration ) If everything is good your conversion software needs looked at. That's all I have without knowing the CAD software and Machines

Is this across different assemblies or components? HAS the machine been calibrated lately? Are you using an adjustable fixture or dedicated tooling plate? Is it a rotating table and are you using it? Was program generated with CAD data or self taught
