problems picking up PANASONIC ERJ-12ZYJ203U resister.

Electronics Forum | Wed Feb 08 12:18:18 EST 2017 | dyoungquist

It could be a part height issue. I have seen a case where an 0402 resistor from 2 different manufactures had different heights. If the height of your 2010 part is taller than you have programmed in the package data, the pick up head may be pushing

Simultaneous pick up with 0402 and 0201 components

Darby, I'm not completely sure I understand. Juki machines have what is referred to as a multi-head. The offsets between the heads are the same as the spacing between 8mm feeders. So the (6) heads all come down at once and "gang pick" from 6 8mm fee

Juki gang picking same part number

Electronics Forum | Thu Jan 18 09:31:47 EST 2018 | Robl

Hi All, Has anyone had any luck with gang picking the same part on Juki 2060 or FX1R's? Example: 100nf 0402, we can pick this part simultaneously from 8 feeders at once on our Yamaha's (or 12 on the old Sapphires), but on the Juki's we don't seem t

Quad will not dump parts into bucket.

Hey everybody! So my Quad 4000c has been acting funny lately. When it goes to dumb a rejected part into the dump bucket it doesn't actually drop the component. This results in it trying to pick up another part with the previous part still on the nozz

99.70% mounting rates. 4.Make sure your machine can handle the recognition of this components (shape & height) usually height measuring(pick up error) is the biggest problem with resistors. 5.When mounting a real PCB you can have spacings up to 0.3mm

0402 placement using Quad 4C

Electronics Forum | Thu Mar 15 17:34:38 EST 2001 | rentreo

I place 0302's on my Quad 4c's all the time. Use a repeat pick-up just like a waffle tray part but make sure the z height is perfect on your pick-up or you will bounce the other parts out of their pockets. Also change your mod code to only try once o

0402 Placement with Fuji CP3

Electronics Forum | Fri Apr 23 22:42:13 EDT 2004 | ethercom

Thanks for the input Pete. I am using CP4 8x2 feeders. I have tried first with 0.7mm nozzle. Although pick up was OK, the camera saw a pregnant 0402 part which is as you know is 1mm by 0.5mm. I then moved to specially made 0.6mm nozzle to minimise th

0402 placement using Quad 4C

We have a 4C and it places 0402 components without any problems. The tricky part is getting the machine to pick them up out of the feeder it takes patience but you will get it. jake p.s. you

0402 Placement with Fuji CP3

Electronics Forum | Wed Apr 28 17:41:44 EDT 2004 | longpham246

Hello! We placed quite a few of 0402 with our CP3 using 0.7mm nozzle with the same feeder as you had. Pick up can be adjust and calibrated, but that is not the problem, I agreed with you on that part. The trick is you have adjust and play around wi

MyData DPak not placing

Usually the reason it will fail a part like that when you are using mechanical centering is because the part is usually picked so off center because of the body shape. So when the centering jaws close to push the part to center they give up and fail
